Terms of Service

Last updated: April 12, 2026

Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clipsee, including our mobile applications, websites, content, software, features, tools, and related services that link to or reference these Terms.

Clipsee is a consumer software product and may evolve over time. Features, workflows, outputs, and supported use cases may change, be added, or be removed without changing the basic applicability of these Terms.

Marketing materials, screenshots, previews, promotional pages, social content, and similar materials are provided for general informational purposes only and do not guarantee that any particular feature, workflow, output, subscription benefit, or integration is currently available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to access or use Clipsee after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Eligibility And Accounts

You may use Clipsee only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and under the rules of the platform through which you access the service.

If Clipsee offers account-based features, you must provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

App License And Platform Limits

Subject to these Terms, Clipsee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except for that limited license, Clipsee and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, designs, brand features, and intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works of the service except to the extent that applicable law prohibits those restrictions.

User Content And Permissions

The service may allow you to select, upload, import, capture, store, edit, organize, transform, and use photos, videos, audio, text, metadata, and other content that you submit or use with Clipsee ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to use it with the service.

You grant Clipsee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify, adapt, display, and otherwise use your User Content only as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Clipsee, or any content used with Clipsee, in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or invasive of another person's rights.

You may not interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, scrape or automate access except through features we expressly provide, or bypass paywalls, usage limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.

Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing

If Clipsee offers paid features, subscriptions, introductory offers, or free trials through Apple's in-app purchase system, the App Store product page, purchase screen, and related Apple purchase disclosures are the primary source of truth for current pricing, billing period, trial availability, renewal terms, and included features.

All billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, refund requests, and related account management for Apple in-app purchases are handled by Apple under your App Store account and Apple's applicable terms, policies, and settings.

Feature Behavior And Disclaimers

Clipsee is an evolving software service, and certain features may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, local files, network availability, and third-party platforms outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Termination And Changes

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts owed, or otherwise exposed Clipsee, other users, or third parties to harm.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the service at any time, including features, tools, templates, outputs, integrations, pricing, purchase options, or device and platform compatibility.

Liability, Indemnity, And Legal Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipsee and its affiliates from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws that otherwise apply to the operator of Clipsee, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
