Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Awakey, including our iOS application, websites, content, software, features, tools, and related services that link to or reference these Terms.

Awakey is a consumer commitment-alarm service. It may allow you to create recurring alarms, select wake methods, complete wake missions, and view commitment history or streak information.

Awakey may evolve over time. Features, workflows, supported devices, wake methods, subscription options, and third-party integrations may change without changing the basic applicability of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to access or use Awakey after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Eligibility And License

You may use Awakey only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and under the rules of the platform through which you access the service, including Apple and the App Store.

Subject to these Terms, AppStu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Awakey for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except for that limited license, AppStu and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in Awakey, including its software, designs, brand features, and intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works of Awakey except to the extent applicable law prohibits those restrictions.

Your Alarms And Wake Methods

Awakey may allow you to create alarm schedules, choose wake methods, configure mission settings, and use camera-based or other device features. You are responsible for the information and materials you choose to use with those features and for obtaining any permissions or authority needed to use them.

You retain any rights you have in information you provide or configure in Awakey. You grant AppStu a limited license to process that information as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support Awakey and to comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing your alarm configuration, device settings, permissions, and subscription status. Awakey is not a substitute for your own judgment or for independent arrangements you may need to meet important obligations.

Subscriptions, Billing, And Purchases

Awakey may offer paid subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases. The App Store product page, purchase screen, and related Apple disclosures are the primary source of truth for current pricing, billing period, renewal terms, trial availability, and included features.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple's terms and settings. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store account. Apple handles billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related account management under its applicable terms and policies.

Paid access may be required to save, enable, or schedule alarms. If a subscription ends or is no longer active, Awakey may limit access to paid features or disable future alarm schedules.

We may change pricing, packaging, eligibility, or included features prospectively, subject to Apple's platform rules and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Awakey in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or invasive of another person's rights.

You may not interfere with or disrupt Awakey, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or automate access except through features we expressly provide, or bypass paywalls, subscription limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.

Feature Behavior And Safety

Awakey depends on your device, operating system, permissions, battery, time and calendar settings, network availability, App Store account, and third-party services. Alarm delivery, wake methods, purchase access, and other features may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or affected by circumstances outside our control.

Awakey is not an emergency, medical, safety-critical, or guaranteed wake-up service. Do not rely on Awakey as your only means of waking for medical, safety, travel, employment, education, childcare, or other time-sensitive responsibilities.

Mission completion, commitment history, and streak information are app-generated records. They are not verified proof of attendance, exercise, health, fitness, productivity, or any other outcome.

Disclaimers And Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awakey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppStu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of Awakey.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppStu and its affiliates, service providers, and partners from claims arising out of your unlawful use of Awakey, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Termination And Changes

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of Awakey if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts owed, or otherwise exposed AppStu, users, or third parties to harm.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of Awakey at any time, including features, wake methods, subscription options, pricing, integrations, and device compatibility.

Legal Terms And Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws that otherwise apply to AppStu, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, App Store rules, and regional legal requirements that apply where you live or use Awakey.
